Had a tire changed and it took about 20 minutes in and out
Awful experience I'd give a middle finger instead of a star if I could Bought a brand new tire 2 weeks ago. A tiny rock popped it. They did not honor the manufacturers warranty, were extremely rude when I asked for a refund, exchange, or even just to plug it. Instead, walmart said they would just sell me a brand new one at full cost. They were so disrespectful that my friend started recording them with her phone, and they called the sheriff lol. Honestly there should be no stars! I bought a new tire 2 weeks ago and a tiny rock from gravel went into the tire. They were very rude and unhelpful, only would sell me a brand new tire and not replace the defective tire they sold me or give me a refund. Poor quality and did not honor manufacturers warranty. They were so rude about it I started recording the disrespect and they called the sheriff. I have it on video and plan to post it if not resolved.
Chris was beyond WONDERFUL! He got my car in before my appt, changed the oil with the quickness & even vacuumed the floor boards!! He even pointed out some small upcoming issues I might have. THANK YOU CHRIS!!
