Every time we come to this particular auto care center none of the employees look happy to be there and they always come up with a reason to not do the service you requesting. Took our car up there a week ago two and a half hours before they close. They said that they were so backed up that they couldn't take anymore. So we come back this week to get our tires rotated and balanced and they said the tires had uneven wear so they couldn't do it. Called the Auto Center to ask about 4 tires. 245/60/18. Their is a whole ordeal that a potential customer would have to do this and have to do that just to get 4 tires from Walmart. Then the guy on the price talked to me like I was in the 3rd grade. A very ugly attitude kinda just making fun of me because I said I just want to pay and leave not have them installed. The two gentlemen working closing 6/10/25 gave exceptional service.
Service can be quick. Was denied a tire rotation due to bolts looked cut though Walmart installed the tires for me so not sure what’s with that. Might have to try again.
