The store over-torqued the wheels on my truck doing a basic warranty retorque after I had previously purchased tires from Walmart. Six days later, three wheel studs broke and my rear wheel nearly came off on I-10. I was stranded on side of the road on a very cold, dark night with barely one bar of cell signal. I ordered tires from Walmart for my truck with installation, road hazzard, & lifetime balance & rotation. Go down there this morning at 7am to get them installed & I walked around the store for about 35 mins & come back to see my truck backing out of shop bay without the tires installed. The garage "tech" parks my truck so I go towards them & he tells me they couldn't install them due to having broken shocks on the rear of my truck.
