Making an appointment is easy, checked on on time was great customer service. Less than an hour to complete the work. I’ll be going back.
Terrible will never go back . Had issues the last time I went . I went in for an oil change and tire repair . They failed at both
Bought a jump box for my car if I have an issue during the freeze. I have to work and want my car to start so I'm not stranded at work. The young man who helps me is always friendly, kind and knowledgeable with this "old lady." (Senior Citizen) This is why I always return to Walmart automotive in Kerrville, Texas. I also get my cars serviced here, buy tires and car batteries
Every time we come to this particular auto care center none of the employees look happy to be there and they always come up with a reason to not do the service you requesting. Took our car up there a week ago two and a half hours before they close. They said that they were so backed up that they couldn't take anymore. So we come back this week to get our tires rotated and balanced and they said the tires had uneven wear so they couldn't do it.
