Good service, good prices.
I have taken my vehicle here multiple times to get the oil changed and didn't have any noteworthy experiences. I have also purchased tires here and that was satisfactory. Today, I went to get one of the tires repaired, they flat-out refused to honor the tire's warranty. I had the receipt and warranty stating that Walmart would provide a new tire and installation free of charge and they completely ignored it. I've been meaning to leave a review for a while. We have used the Kendallville Walmart Auto service at least 5 times. Walmart had a reputation for not being the best, but I've been pleasantly surprised Everytime we have come here. Everyone has been very friendly. I had an issue one time with a completely flat tire due to hardware rusting. I had my baby with me. I walked over to Walmart and they were very kind and squeezed me in last minute and even went to the Walmart gas station where my tire went flat to get my car! I usua... read more
Made an appointment to get some winter tires on. Was done fairly quick. Literally one of the most simple things an auto shop can do. Failed to reset my tpms, one tire has been constantly flat and won’t hold air. And here’s the kicker, 2 of them, ARE ON BACKWARDS. I’m typing this in a belle tire right now. This was an awd vehicle and could’ve royally screwed me. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
