I've been meaning to leave a review for a while. We have used the Kendallville Walmart Auto service at least 5 times. Walmart had a reputation for not being the best, but I've been pleasantly surprised Everytime we have come here. Everyone has been very friendly. I had an issue one time with a completely flat tire due to hardware rusting. I had my baby with me. I walked over to Walmart and they were very kind and squeezed me in last minute and even went to the Walmart gas station where my tire went flat to get my car! I usua... read more
Made an appointment to get some winter tires on. Was done fairly quick. Literally one of the most simple things an auto shop can do. Failed to reset my tpms, one tire has been constantly flat and won’t hold air. And here’s the kicker, 2 of them, ARE ON BACKWARDS. I’m typing this in a belle tire right now. This was an awd vehicle and could’ve royally screwed me. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
I had a notice that my tires needed rotated. My oil wasn't due to be changed but I wanted to ensure I had an appointment so I scheduled one to accompany the tire rotation. Daniel B and Shawn C as tire techs declined my tire rotation(tires came with lifetime balance/rotation due to buying them from Walmart) stating the tread depth was good as is. I got 4 new tires mounted and balanced. Right away I told them truck was shaking. They pulled it back in said they'd check it out. Said everything was fine, took it back for shaking , said balanced was off. Problem was still there. Took to Lima rd Wal-Mart. Told them situation they came to me after pulling it in that the tires were out of balance, and they weren't even close. They're not sure if something was wrong with their equipment or what but are fixing problem
