Very Good Experience Went In For 4 New Tires Got Them Installed. I Even Spoke About General Tire Questions And Was Helped.
Terrible service first car I brought in for an oil change they forgot to put the cap back on the engine I had to buy a new one. Second car I brought in for tire installation none of the tires had the correct air they just threw the old ones in the back of my car scratching the inside and making black streaks on the inner panels also charged for things I did not authorize manager never called back. Never go there again. Worst place for service
Have nothing but amazing experience everytime I go. I use the middle island location. Lionel and the rest of the workers were super helpful and helped me in an emergency situation. I needed two front tires and I have children, of course this landed on a holiday weekend. They even made phone calls to another location to help me find the right size due to them not having it in stock. 1st time I've been to Walmart auto. They were beyond helpful and They replaced my tires quickly. No hidden costs. Highly recommend. Will was super kind.
