Waited until I arrived to tell me they had no oil filters for my car. Instead of using a readily available filter from the floor they told me I had to buy it for about $10 extra and that they would only take $1.75 off the service that is supposed to include everything.
Told me it was going to take a hour which ended up taking 3 hr and 30 min, I ended up getting full synthetic and the sticker still said good for 3k miles, unbelievable wait time with long lines. Workers still moving slow.
Very Good Experience Went In For 4 New Tires Got Them Installed. I Even Spoke About General Tire Questions And Was Helped.
Terrible service first car I brought in for an oil change they forgot to put the cap back on the engine I had to buy a new one. Second car I brought in for tire installation none of the tires had the correct air they just threw the old ones in the back of my car scratching the inside and making black streaks on the inner panels also charged for things I did not authorize manager never called back. Never go there again. Worst place for service
