From the get go things were off. I set an appointment which they didn’t honor, no big deal. Then I get my car sent off for an oil change, when it’s done the price set was $57.99 when I went to check out they told me $80 and when confronted they said it was an accident. They had no issue charging it til I confronted them. A lot of things are promised with the service like a vacuum and topping fluids, none of which was done. So I'm a proud owner of an audi and if you're a proud owner of an Audi then you know how hard it is for you to get your maintenance done without having to spend dealership fees. Honestly look no further maryville's mechanic crew is top tier, David P, Cole T, and Ms. Dakota were super reassuing, communicative and I know they were safely working on my car as they did the oil change. I know for sure I'm not going anywhere else as long as they are on schedule. Thank you giys for your dedication and valued worker skills.
WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Over the past 6 months I've had the following happen here. They tore down the sunscreen in my car , didn't tell me just left it sitting on the dash. Stole a tool from my car and when confronted , they magically produced it and had no excuse to why the technician had it to begin with. Dishonest! And to top it off you end up waiting for hours on end even when there was no one ahead of me.
