Great service for a great price
On a day when they were INSANELY busy (8 cars waiting/2 hrs to closing) "Walter" took time out to check my tire pressure and fill my tires with air. He also explained which two tires were a priority to replace soon and why, as well as which two tires were still okay. He explained in detail (to someone who is NOT a "car person") why my tires might appear to be fine but actually weren't. Very disappointed with our experience there this week. Management made 2 different excuses on why they cant fix our tires. One excuse we fixed for them, but the other one was pretty ridiculous. Couldn't fix our tires because my heater is broke, which makes no sense. I am very disappointed in the management and the store. Do better
Went to get a tire fixed and they said it couldn't be fixed. So I had my spare tire in the trunk and asked them to just mount that one as it was in good shape. So I was sanding at the door when the associate told the manager and listened to the manager go off and cussing about me. Very poor management
