Went to get a tire fixed and they said it couldn't be fixed. So I had my spare tire in the trunk and asked them to just mount that one as it was in good shape. So I was sanding at the door when the associate told the manager and listened to the manager go off and cussing about me. Very poor management
Awful, awful store. I had an appointment to have 2 new tires put on my vehicle at 5:00pm. They said it should take about an hour. I came back to the desk after an hour and asked if they had an update on how much longer it would be. Employee said that they were taking the tires off the rims so it shouldn't be much longer. After another hour and a half I learn from two different customers who had also been waiting over 2 hours (one of which was just having a tire patched) that my vehicle is still sitting exactly where I had pa... read more
