This place is so poorly run. It takes nearly an hour for someone to even think about helping you. And when they do it’s gonna take 3 hours to get the job done
Waited 2 hours for a flat repair, and they hadn’t even started on it. Left and went to Cy-Fair tires. Was out in 10 minutes. #NeverAgain
I literally wait two hours for an oil change still to leave without one …. The clear have no sense in order and very poor communication skills
Had a 1:30 appointment did not get my car until 4:30 what is the use of making an appointment if it still takes them 3 hours to change your oil!!! wish I could give a 0 star review!
