Ordered 4 new tires and paid for installation. I was driving away from the store and an alert to check tire pressure monitoring system came on my dash. I checked my recipet and nothing was notated in the notes. I went back to the store and spoke to a manager. The techs admitted to breaking a TPM sensor on one of my wheels. Terrible. When for a simple tire patch and was over an hour after they pulled the car in to the bay. I watched for over a half hour while they let the tire sit after removing from the wheel. Finally after 45 minutes the tech brought the tire to me and showed me where the hole was he was going to fix. That is the first thing I showed them when I came in! After we finally got out of there we found that they had over inflated the repaired tire by 10 pounds!
This place is so poorly run. It takes nearly an hour for someone to even think about helping you. And when they do it’s gonna take 3 hours to get the job done
Waited 2 hours for a flat repair, and they hadn’t even started on it. Left and went to Cy-Fair tires. Was out in 10 minutes. #NeverAgain
