Unprofessional Terrible service Inexperienced
I had a 12:30 PM appointment at the Walmart Auto Center in Orange, Texas on February 28, 2026. I waited THREE hours before anyone even spoke to me. When I finally got an update, I was casually told, “Someone should have told you we couldn’t get the drain plug off without damaging it.” Let me repeat that! Walmart did the previous oil change. Ordered four new Goodyear AT tires and was scheduled for later in the day. I had my special needs nephew with me and we needed to get home sooner than later. The guy named Keavoni helped us out and worked it so we could get the tires put on sooner and we were able to get my nephew's hair cut and get new things to replace the things they lost when their house burned down.
