On Saturday, I took car in for an oil change and went shopping while they worked on it. 2 1/2 hours later they tell me they don't have a filter for my car. I have had it changed there before and had decent service, but I am very unhappy about having to wait 2 1/2 hour when they could have checked if they had the filter in stock when they signed me in. So now I'll have to take time off work to go somewhere else. I did get my shopping done (in 15 minutes) so it was really only 2 hours and 15 minutes of my Saturday wasted.
