I have been purchasing tires at the Walmart Auto Care in Peachtree City for the past 9 years (around 4-5 sets on two different vehicles) and it has always been great. The workers are nice and I have no issues.
Michael and Gavin were extremely nice, patient, and accommodating! I will make sure that I return for all of my tire needs! Thank you so much guys! You are the best auto care team I’ve ever experienced!
I had a tire that had a slow leak due to a screw in it. Jake was helpful with getting my car info and getting my car checked in to get services quickly. Nick was the one who did the actual service on my car. He was fast and efficient. I usually do not take my car to Walmart to get serviced however I was in the area and had some shopping to do anyway. They both got me taken care of just in time for me to be done shopping. Excellent customer service!
My first time going to them. The service ppl were fine. The wait was long and dreadful I had to keep asking when will I be finished. Two days later my garage was full of oil bc they didn’t screw on my cap tight after my oil change. When called they accepted no responsibility. Not dependable not reliable. Something so simple they acted like they didn’t care. Thats not great customer service!
