I had a tire that had a slow leak due to a screw in it. Jake was helpful with getting my car info and getting my car checked in to get services quickly. Nick was the one who did the actual service on my car. He was fast and efficient. I usually do not take my car to Walmart to get serviced however I was in the area and had some shopping to do anyway. They both got me taken care of just in time for me to be done shopping. Excellent customer service!
My first time going to them. The service ppl were fine. The wait was long and dreadful I had to keep asking when will I be finished. Two days later my garage was full of oil bc they didn’t screw on my cap tight after my oil change. When called they accepted no responsibility. Not dependable not reliable. Something so simple they acted like they didn’t care. Thats not great customer service!
AUTO CENTER IS AWFUL!!!! PUT THE OIL DRAIN PLUG ON WRONG AND LEAKED OIL EVERYWHERE....BEWARE OF PEACHTREE CITY LOCATION...NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!!! I THINK HIS NAME IS TOMMY!!!
Just pitiful. They have no clue what they are doing and they couldn’t care less.They move at a snails pace and cant even perform the most basic of repairs. I made them take my car down after an hour of watching the worker play on his cell phone. I left with nothing completed.
