Went in earlier for an oil change, about 15 minutes into it getting started it got cancelled because of a stripped oil pan cap? From what the counter rep told me, and said to get that replaced before they can do an oil change. Here’s the funny part, last time I came here to get a oil change done, they themselves had stripped that same bolt so I’m confused on how something you caused is not something also you can fix as a light auto repair shop. Trying to figure out how this automotive center in Fort Walton is absolutely run like a well oiled machine and is perfect and the one in Destin is an absolute disaster. Why does Walmart corporate allow Destin to be such an absolute disaster and the one in Fort Walton is perfect. It makes absolutely no sense. The staff is so well trained, and does such a good job In Fort Walton And the one in Destin is just horrible.
This place is a dang joke to get anything handled properly or professionally. Lost my tires three times, rescheduled me twice, finally get me in after I explained to them corporate Walmart confirmed they are at the store… to then say oh we have them but can’t install them bc they are too big… Called Destin and they set me up and said it should be no problem to install them. I also purchased the Walmart + specifically for the added benefits that come with the tire installation at Walmart. What a nightmare the FWB location has... read more
