Ive got road hazard warranty and rob refused to fix it saying that they only do tires by appointment and then said i can't set up an appointment for a flat tire, so in other words they don't fix flats or uphold the Walmart road hazard warranty, rob seemed irritated to even being asked to help and was a grumpy unhelpful old man who would try to do anything to not do his job, very unprofessional.
I went to the auto center to get an oil change. The lady working there her name is Hazel. She is amazing! i've never had such a good experience at a walmart auto center like I did today. She is friendly, goes out of her way to make you feel like you're getting the best service. I live in Crestview, Florida. I'm going to be driving down to the Fort Walton Beach Walmart to get my oil changed because of the service. Everyone else was nice too, but hazel was the person that made it great!!
