Oil Change and tire rotation took 1½ hours... I could have done all of that myself in 45 minutes but I paid because I thought I was getting convenience.

I was there for 10 minutes until I went inside, walking past 4 employees standing around, only to be told that they couldn’t get me in today.
Tire warranty is trash. They won't replace the janky tire. And even if Walmart themselves change their 4 tires to another vehicle their warranty on said tires is void.
I had a very great experience today at the Ft. Walton Walmart Auto Center. Today I experience a God sent Destiny Helper(DeMarcus). From the time I pulled into the incorrect lane he helped me to understand fully what was going on with my battery did an exchange and Ige didn't know I saw him when I looked out the service window DeMarcus was installing my battery into my truck also.
