I came here to get tires mounted on my SRT-4. Overall the experience wasn’t too bad. They upsold me on a headlight restoration (I already had one in the car so they took the price of my current kit off) but it took them an hour and a half to mount two tires. My caliber SRT-4 is rare and I asked specifically for NO PARTS TO BE REPLACED Not even the valve stems. My wishes were disrespected and my tire stems were stolen and replaced with cheap rubber ones. 1 hour tire change took 2 and a half hours very sad
Dropped a car off for a tire change and got a call 20 minutes later and was told they didn’t know how to remove the lug nuts. They said if we wanted the tires mounted by them, we would have to take the car to a real tire shop and, get this, have them remove the lug nuts then bring the car BACK to have the tires changed. Just regular lug nuts on a Subaru, nothing fancy or confusing.
