When I dropped off my tires, I specifically confirmed with two of your technicians that you were able to mount and balance them. I also requested that all four trailer tires be inflated to 80 PSI. Upon returning to pick them up, I noticed that all the original wheel weights had been removed. Had a problem with the car battery, it was less than 2 years old. Had the battery check and found out that it was bad. Got an free replacement.
Got a two tire change with them about two or three months ago and everything went fine but I decided to check my tires today and found that they lost my valve stem cap for one of my tires. They replaced it with a super cheap plastic one that is cracked. It’s not even the same color so it stands out. I know it’s just a valve cap but it’s the principle that they lost MY property that I paid for and did not inform me about it. Please start informing customers when you lose items off of their cars.
This is the most stressful experience I have had with an auto shop. We called ahead and ordered a tire that was to be delivered Saturday. We took an appointment once we knew the tire was delivered at 1:00 p.m. we got here early at 12:00 to drop off the truck and have the tire put on the truck. We were never told that if you take an appointment they can only take your vehicle up to 15 minutes early. This is very stressful because I am not waiting with two children for them to take my keys.
