I bought tires up north. I bought lifetime rotate and balance. Tell me how this place cannot get the entire 4 tires balanced correctly. I carried my car there 3 separate times. After the first time my steering wheel started shaking violently above 40mph. Came for an oil change, I've used this auto center for years and never had an issue before this time. I check my car in for my appointment, I'm told I'm good to go so I wander around Wal-Mart while I wait. 8 minutes pass and I'm called on my cellphone (keep this in mind later) to return to the auto center. Employee tells me they need to "assess" the damage on my car and have me sign a form for it.
