I don’t expect a lot from Walmart Auto Center, that being said I come here every time I need an oil change- If you’re going to get oil on my car, please clean up after yourself. Happy to say it’s not on the cloth, but disappointed nonetheless. edit: the oil filter they put on my 2005 honda accord didn’t fit properly, and was leaking
Came in for an appointment. It was only supposed to be an hour. After 1 hour 40 mins they started. They couldn't give me a ride back to work. They said if I left to come back later I would have to pay again for the installation. This is not ok. People make plans. If you're not going to keep up your end of the time frame then make it right by either giving a ride or allowing me to go and come back without charging me. This is unacceptable customer service.
