Good place for cheap oil change. but the person that I head to deal with. I won't say his name but who works in the automotive needs to watch his attitude when talking to customers. I should have talked to his manager but I was nice enough to let it go. But he did call me stupid and that is no way to talk to a customer. He screwed up my whole oil change appointment and decided to go home early cause he was acting immature and somebody else had to take over. I had a appointment at 9:30 am. At 9:45 I asked at the desk why they hadn’t started on my car. I was told there system double booked and the other guy was here first. It is now 10 o’clock and my vehicle is just in the shop . Lesson for the day, get there earlier so you don’t have to wait because there system doesn’t know not to double book

Came here for Auto Care service concern early Friday morning. I was welcomed in and despite how busy they were everyone was friendly. While there was some confusion with what I needed. They were patient and kind, very willing to help and assist me in anyway you you need. After the confusion about what I was asking for they were very kind and apologetic that there was confusion.
