Super fast. Really friendly. Significantly less expensive than the local oil change place
Had tires installed. I was greeted when I entered, and my vehicle was immediately brought into the bay. I was updated on the progress via the Walmart app, and within 40 minutes the tires were installed and I was on my way.
I had a appointment at 9:30 am. At 9:45 I asked at the desk why they hadn’t started on my car. I was told there system double booked and the other guy was here first. It is now 10 o’clock and my vehicle is just in the shop . Lesson for the day, get there earlier so you don’t have to wait because there system doesn’t know not to double book. Well they did it again. Received exceptional service from the staff when I went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Cody, I believe was his name, was super helpful and so patient with me when it came to answering my questions and making sure I had the best experience I could. Fantastic place to go I’ll definitely be returning!
