Fast and extremely thorough. Very friendly.
Went in for my scheduled oil change after about 15 minutes they tell me they can't do my oil change because they don't have an oil filter for my vehicle.. like what. how do you not have one when you knew I was coming!!!!.. Then they tell me to go down the road and purchase one myself.. Ok.. Get the bill and they never reimbursed me for the oil filter that comes with an oil change.. wth!!! BAD SERVICE RUDE ASSOCIATES!!
Worst experience getting tires ever! Father and my wife brought our classic car in for simple tire replacement. Arrived scheduled time and they only had 3 of the tire... one was on Fed Ex truck. They "overlooked calling us" about this before our appointment time. They wouldn't put on 3.. they would only do 2 at a time so we got the car in hoping the 4th would arrive before they were done. After sitting there for 20+ minutes not jacked up they finally came and said "their computer" shows those tires arent the right size. I ha... read more
you think you're going to erase my review? I'm going to keep writing. And I'm not going to stop here The long haired guy at the front counter refused to sell me road hazard! I drive 100,000 miles a year and I average two new sets of tires and 10 full synthetic oil changes a year, along with wiper blades and batteries from Walmart auto centers in 18 different states.
