MANAGER (AUTO) TOLD ME I WAS WRONG AND HUNG UP ON ME! I scheduled a tire installation - and the Order Receipt shows "Installation Details" BUT IT DOES NOT SAY I HAVE TO BE ONSITE FOR THE INSTALLATION. The online Auto Center Terms do not say that either. I had my car towed and had an appt during my workday. They told my tow driver I had to be onsite! Had to stop here in a pinch. Needed a new tire. Fast and friendly service from every employee involved. My receipt says that my service greeter was Indira and the tire techs were Ramraj and Jeffry. Not sure if these are the people we worked with but the young lady at the counter was pregnant and the man who replaced my tire was an older gentleman with gray hair. We found the technicians to be honest and we were in and out in under an hour.
Left my drainplug loose
Customer Service? Never Heard of It. Came to the Vero Beach Walmart Auto Center to replace 4 tires I originally bought there—15,000 miles into a 50,000-mile warranty and they were cracked. The staff? One guy was so focused on scrolling his phone, I must’ve been interrupting his TikTok feed. Asked for the manager, “Q,” who apparently mistook customer service for competitive arguing. C.S. rep unhappy & bothered when I tried to change a Thursday appointment for something earlier. Said nothing earlier. I asked if she could look for a cancellation. She acted as if that was too hard to do but magically found an appointment 4 days earlier. When I reminded her to cancel my original appointment she said, somewhat bothered again, "I'll get too it later". PUNCHLINE: THE EARLIER APPOINTMENT NEVER GOT CHANGED. Crappy service and needs a better attitude here. She's lucky for the job.
