I had a very disappointing experience with the service manager, "Q," during a recent visit to Walmart Auto Services. His phone etiquette was appalling. Instead of calmly addressing our concerns, he raised his voice and argued with my daughter and I, which only increased our frustration. His lack of professionalism made an already stressful situation worse, and it felt as though he was more interested in placing blame than in helping us resolve and understand the issue.
