So I have gotten oil changes and 2 sets of tires from the auto care center at 40 International Dr. S, and always been great. This is until Ive taken 2 different Ford Rangers there (2020 and 2019). Both times they tell me they cannot complete the oil change because they cant get to and/or remove the oil filter. Complete ridiculousness. The garages I have gone to get it off in 2 seconds.
Milford Walmart informed me that my tires are not safe to drive. The tires were installed in Flanders Walmart little over 2 years ago. Every Walmart tire has Limited Workmanship and Materials Warranty. Managers in Flanders Walmart Auto Center refused to respect warranty without checking the tires. Finally after long conversation they did visual inspection and informed me the tires are safe to drive...
These lousy mechanics are absolutely useless. They wasted two hours of my time just to tell me they couldn't loosen a single nut. Then, when I took it to another mechanic, all the nuts came off without a problem. Now I'm returning it to Walmart and I hope they fire that mechanic; he's completely incompetent.
Bought 4 tires weeks ago then one of the tires got struck with a screw. I scheduled for a repair, had it patched up, finished under an hour free of charge.
