Went to Walmart tire department on Pampa Texas. Had something on my tire. After 3 hours I talked to a Walmart Coach. She helped but the tire crew was in extremely low gear. At shift change, at 1100 am , finally someone started working on the tire. At noon I was walking out. 4 hours to get a tire repaired and they were not busy. I saw several people walking out because the tire shop people were so behind. But they were still taking new people to have work done on their vehicles. Brought my newer car in for an oil change tire rotation, and a tire repair. I didn’t want to drive to the dealership in Amarillo for such. They repaired the tire but had many problems doing so but because they didn’t have a tire in stock, they ordered one and they spent a lot of time repairing the one so that I could drive the vehicle Without using the small spare. They couldn't fix a flat tire just because my car is from Mexico and "the system" doesn't allow it. Employees were too kind to apologize.
