Lazy workers made an appointment for a tire change and I live 45 minutes away. When I got there they said that my “lug nugs were swollen” I asked two other mechanics if that was possible and they said there was not a chance. I the went to another Walmart and they instantly changed my tires with no problems. Do not go here!!
My sister went for an oil change, they took oil out but didn't put any back in. I called to make an appointment for 4 new tires they said and checked that they had for black Friday sale, called again later to verify, got there and only had appointment for 1 tire replacement then they told me they didn't have any tires in my size and all that could be ordered cost more. Went to Walmart tire department on Pampa Texas. Had something on my tire. After 3 hours I talked to a Walmart Coach. She helped but the tire crew was in extremely low gear. At shift change, at 1100 am , finally someone started working on the tire. At noon I was walking out. 4 hours to get a tire repaired and they were not busy. I saw several people walking out because the tire shop people were so behind. But they were still taking new people to have work done on their vehicles. Brought my newer car in for an oil change tire rotation, and a tire repair. I didn’t want to drive to the dealership in Amarillo for such. They repaired the tire but had many problems doing so but because they didn’t have a tire in stock, they ordered one and they spent a lot of time repairing the one so that I could drive the vehicle Without using the small spare. They couldn't fix a flat tire just because my car is from Mexico and "the system" doesn't allow it. Employees were too kind to apologize.
