Oil Change.
I was in and out of the Auto Care Center in under an hour for an oil change. I was greeted, kept informed by text and finished before I had finished shopping in the store! The cashier was nice and I told her how pleased I am with the quick service. It may not seem like much, but my day was made a lot more manageable because of it.
People act like you’re invisible. Horrible customer service. I wish I could throw something at them to get their attention. Maybe thats what it takes to get them to acknowledge you.
