My wife was driving alone on I40 when she heard a noise under her car. When she pulled over she called me via FaceTime so I could see under her car. I could tell the engine splash guard was loose and dragging the ground. She happened to be near the El Reno Wal Mart so I suggested she go to the tire center to see if they would help her. She said they were very helpful and removed the splash guard.
