Terrible management terrible communication made appointment at 4 and waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me it will be an hour before they can get me in and they have 2 walk ins before me prioritize appointments before walk ins or what’s the need in appointments and 30min to change a car battery get new workers if they don’t no how to do your job
Horrible service!! Made appointment and told them I had a time crunch for work and waited forever because walk ins are priority over an appointment! Wasted gas and time and money ! Terrible communication and terrible management! Would leave zero stars if possible!
My wife was driving alone on I40 when she heard a noise under her car. When she pulled over she called me via FaceTime so I could see under her car. I could tell the engine splash guard was loose and dragging the ground. She happened to be near the El Reno Wal Mart so I suggested she go to the tire center to see if they would help her. She said they were very helpful and removed the splash guard. They wouldn’t accept any payment and they said they couldn’t accept a tip so we wanted to give them props for helping her out so s... read more
