Wow. Had to see for myself. Incompetence on full display.
They lie about to start with that paper, cause it certainly says my paperwork that they refill my fluids, and my fluids are all empty. I don’t appreciate it being a lot, especially when I was the first question I asked and if you couldn’t do it, you could’ve stayed at that.
Bought 4 tires online, made an available appointment later that week; text message 2 hours prior to the appointment that it was canceled due to parts not being delivered. That following Monday, get a notification that the tires have been delivered. Rescheduled appointment for the next day, 7am. Just to get to get there to be advised their lift isn’t working, and hasn’t been working for months so they can’t do a 4 tire install and I would have to take the tires elsewhere to get installed or continue to wait for their lift to ... read more
More experience ever at Walmart two out of three people failed to check me in but took my keys and told me it would be 30 minutes 🙃 cool but when ask they can't find my key take like 30 but sure thinks happens cool no I was i have to wait a couple of hours to get seen for fix a nail in one tire no thanks. On top of was told I don't even need to make an appointment its free with w-plus I would just go to Hudson Bridge save your time.
