I was hesitant about coming here because of the bad reviews. I’m glad I didn’t listen, I had my two front tires replaced and it was quick and easy. The techs were super friendly and they were done within 30 minutes. I would have waited longer at any other tire place
Horrible service! Made an appointment for a tire change, something that took the technician 15 minutes to complete. However, I was there for 2 hours because the technicians take care of their friends that do not have appointments before the customer that has an appointment. Never coming back.
Turned away during tire emergency because I didnt have an appointment for the tire emergency. Bad customer service and bad for business.
Rarely do I rate any business a one. I stood at the auto counter for over five minutes while clerk had a personal conversation. He looked at me several times yet didn't bother to see what I needed. Not just bad customer service, No customer service! Won't be back if offered for free.
They never answer the phone.What kind of business is this.I been calling for two days.
