I made an appointment for an oil change and got there to turn in my car 10 minutes before the appointment. I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. After the hour was up, i went to check on the car, they haven't even started it yet. I was stranded in walmart for a total of 2 and a half hours before my simple oil change was done.
If zero stars were a option that would be more suitable for this situation! They balanced my 16 year olds sons tires, they literally had one job to do!!! Well he drove the car to work and called my husband saying somethings really wrong with my car, so he drove there to look at it just to find out the lug nuts on his rims were never tightened and he took them off with his fingers! 2.5 hours to install 4 tires. Have appointment at 5.get to walmart at 430. Been sitting for 2.5 hrs. It takes almost 1 hour. At a tire installation it takes less then an hour. Walmart in marion. Never again. Bad part is there's no other vehicles in bays. Only my truck since 5.
Definitely going to auto zone next time.... Yikes
Everytime I've been to this store the last few years it's been extremely unorganized. I guess i should have considered it as an omen that a tow truck was already in the parking lot when I arrived, and the counter workers stated this was the second time in the last two days. Apparently, they couldn't do a routine oil change on my vehicle because the tech "claimed my brake was touching the floor"... Which would indicate a brake failure....
