Do yourself a favor if needing a tire repair and literally go ANYWHERE else. I was told my tire was unfixable, went to another place and found out it was a small nail and an easy fix. Guessing someone there is collecting used tires to sell on the side.
Carson and Vernon are worth their weight in gold! I needed an emergency oil change (my oil got topped off with the wrong viscosity) and my regular mechanic was closed. Their team had me in and out in 40 minutes first thing on a Saturday morning. They were kind, courteous and professional. Excellent service! Hope they’re getting paid what they’re worth over there in automotive!
Do not recommend UPPER SANDUSKY walmart for tires. Lazy arrangement techs for sure I wouldn't trust them to tighten a lug nut let alone change oil. They didn't want to change my wife's tiers because it was 5 and they close at 7 and NOBODY else was in the lot or in the garage. It doesn't take 2 hours to change tires. Seems like they need to re evaluate their staff and get things straightened out.
I decided to try this place for 4 consecutive oil changes vs my Dealership because of the ease of scheduling and lower price. Today was #4 I also requested my tires rotated. The thin blond boy asked if I also wanted them balanced. I said sure. They said it would take 35 minutes 16 minutes later my car is done. My bill was way TOO MUCH for what I had done.
