Went in for an oil change and was informed that they mainly do appointments now? There was only 1 car in the service bay and 1 car in front of me no cars on the tire side of the business. Plenty of techs to get the job done but all of them were working on 1 vehicle but i know there are 2 bays in that service center for oil changes. Told me it would be a 6 hour wait if more people with appointments showed up.
Needed to get my oil changed last minute & they were able to get me in no problem. They were really fast & the staff was great. I have to shout out Chad the service manager he was super helpful & his customer service was great!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I appreciate y’all!!
This particular Walmart Auto Care has been great! Highly recommend for oil changes!
