Couldn’t get anyone to help me. Came to get a new tire with 4 kids… no one outside to check us in, went inside only to be told after waiting awhile to “go outside and find someone to help me” extremely rude and unprofessional not just to me but two others who were also in line waiting. They also did not put TPMs sensors on correctly that I paid for the previous visit when I had gotten new tires put on and another shop had to redo it.
Went in for an oil change and was informed that they mainly do appointments now? There was only 1 car in the service bay and 1 car in front of me no cars on the tire side of the business. Plenty of techs to get the job done but all of them were working on 1 vehicle but i know there are 2 bays in that service center for oil changes. Told me it would be a 6 hour wait if more people with appointments showed up.
Needed to get my oil changed last minute & they were able to get me in no problem. They were really fast & the staff was great. I have to shout out Chad the service manager he was super helpful & his customer service was great!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I appreciate y’all!!
This particular Walmart Auto Care has been great! Highly recommend for oil changes!
