We had 3 tires replaced on our car and when we came to pick the car up, all of the caps were missing. Then when we left we got down the road and couldn’t find the locking lug nut that came with our car and is required to remove the tire. The guy looked for it and then brought one out and tested to see if it fit……. Aside from the customer service being awful, the experience was awful. We will not be back to this location.
I only needed to change two tires, but laurel Walmart in Mississippi said they can only change four tires even though two tires were only changed last year and were in good condition even the associate said so. Claiming it’s policy, even though in 2023 I changed both front and 2024 I changed both back tires. Also called other Walmarts who said no policy exists. Scam artists here.

Worst experience I've encountered since the time before I took my vehicle for service. They claim to open at 7 am . I was told to come back at 10.30 am because the service center was waiting on employees and the few there weren't movitated to do their job. It took 3 different workers to check my car in .
