I have never written a negative review before, but this experience warrants one. Today while having my tires replaced the woman working at the Walmart Auto Care Center was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was dismissive, rolled her eyes during our interaction, spoke in a condescending manner, and failed to acknowledge questions unless prompted, even walking off during our interaction to answer the phone, making it feel as though my presence was an inconvenience. I was denied service for a tire rotation due to the tires being "too old" and "too advanced" for them to do. I get my tires rotated perfectly all the time with the same car at the Walmart in Niles Michigan (even got them done 6 months ago there perfectly) with great service and great attitude from them. I spent a hour coming over to the Walmart in Greenville to have a cranky old Karen at the Autodesk declining the service giving me a disgusting attitude why they can't do their job. Went in for a new battery, they ran a test on mine and it was bad, still under warranty, got a new battery at no cost, walmart rocks. Good prices on tires to.
