This was my first and last time using Walmart Auto Care. I had an appointment for an oil change and drove straight to the auto shop area. An employee asked if I had an appointment, I said yes, and they told me to park to the side and wait since there was one car ahead of me. Even with an appointment they tend to not start your oil change until an hour after drop off.
People there are very rude. I have had multiple instances where the staff gave attitude or just up and left. The work is fine, though.
When you are the only game in town, you have to be the best.
