Went to get a new tire put on at this location yesterday, showed up 10 till 6, which they "don't" close until 7. Talked to the technician and he informed me that they were short staffed, so they were closing early. There was one car there, and there were three techs doing nothing. So I left, and returned today to purchase a new tire and get it put on. I parked in a spot that I apparently wasn't allowed to park in, which I was rudely told about, and he told me to park another spot. So I did... Went inside like I had every oth... read more
Trash! Do not go there. Made an appointment days ahead. Went to my appointment in the evening only for be told they don’t have my filter and to go somewhere else. Do you all not know how to check inventory? Is it that difficult to look at the workload coming in and say hey, maybe I should double check to make sure we have what we need to complete the work load. Ya’ll are horrible. Go somewhere else San Antonio! Don’t waist your time or money on place

We came here at 10am for them to tell us make a appointment if not it’s going to be a 1-2 hour wait I said okay we will be back with an appointment come for my appointment at 5:30pm it is now 6:30 pm and they are barely starting what was the difference
