Dropped my car off to get my tires put on(all 4) about 45 minutes after dropping it off they call and say they can’t get my passenger tire off, I told them it’s fine they can just do the other 3 and I’ll have my boyfriend get the lug nut off and bring it back the next day for them to do the passenger side. I put new tires on my vehicle paid $40 dollars for the road hazard protection warranty 3 weeks later went to leave work and my tire was totally flat so wat do you do put a spare tire on and take the flat tire back to Walmart beings I have the road hazard warranty.came back to pick the tire up and they charge me 15$ to fix the tire just because it wasn’t on my car! Needed some new tires.Went to Walmart in Sturgis Miichigan. Excellent service!!! They even put our car jack away AND our spare tire! Not easy to do! Our techs were David B and Larry S. Our service writer was Katherine. There was a bit of a mix up in the paper work but Katherine, along with various techs patiently worked through this issue and got it all straightened out. This is a super busy place and everyone kept their cool and provided great service. Thank you!
