I had an appointment at 8 am. I was here 7:55 and got checked in at 8:10 am which is understandable it takes time to find my tires and what I need done. I have no problem with getting everything ready. But 2 cars show up for oil changes and my car is just left sitting here while they do the oil changes. Walmart what is the point of letting me schedule a tire installation of you are just going to have my car sit in a bay for 25 minutes while you attend to the oil changes versus the car that showed up first.
Easiest oil change in years. Asked for oil change. Didn't get the hard up sell usually seen at other spots. Was just what we needed that day.
They held on to my car for almost an hour knowing they weren’t going to do my oil change and no one notified me of any issues I had to get three different employees to help
