SMH poor service
Don't get tires here on line !!!! They will rob you 2x on the fees if you do, I paid for 2 cars on tires and installation online paid tire hauler fee online as it has the option to pay online. So why when you go to your appointment and have to pay the installation fee again, they say don't worry you will get a refund for the first one, so why have the option to pay it online and pay if u have to pay again and wait for refund that could take 3 weeks this is stupid...So the money I have planned on buy food for the week I had t... read more
Oil leak next day after oil change. Big expense from careless mistakes.
I love the fact that the techs will actually explain in a "tell me like I'm 5" kind of way. The waiting area is clean and even the females who work inside seem to know what they are talking about. I have been taking my cars here for 2 years and haven't had any issues except one time I ran out of windshield wiper fluid, but they fixed it before I even left. They also make suggestions if they notice something, but they don't push if you decline. The service writers are well trained and well versed and you can ask them question... read more
I would not recommend anyone to take there vehicle here, spring Tx off 2920 and Kuykendahl for an oil change. This is the second time that they have left my oil cap off. They did replace it the first time. This time I had a manor oil leak, and went to jiffy lube because it was the closest spot to me as my truck was completely out of oil. Well long story short, Walmart gave my money back for there oil change and my truck is still leaking oil, looks like they messed up the oil filter housing that I have to replace now.
