Terrible experience. I got there at 7:40 in the morning for 4 tires and an oil change. There were no cars waiting when I arrived and they took my car right away, so I really don’t understand how I ended up being there for over 2 and a half hours. Everything was extremely slow. I understand changing 4 tires and doing an oil change takes some time, but over 2 hours when there wasn’t even a line when I got there is crazy. I finally got out around 10:13. I had an appointment at 8 am. I was here 7:55 and got checked in at 8:10 am which is understandable it takes time to find my tires and what I need done. I have no problem with getting everything ready. But 2 cars show up for oil changes and my car is just left sitting here while they do the oil changes. Walmart what is the point of letting me schedule a tire installation of you are just going to have my car sit in a bay for 25 minutes while you attend to the oil changes versus the car that showed up first.
Easiest oil change in years. Asked for oil change. Didn't get the hard up sell usually seen at other spots. Was just what we needed that day.
