Stop by after work today at 5:48 to get an oil change there were three guys who can off in the bay and get there. Sit there for a few minutes and they’re like nope sorry we’re closed up. We have too many people for oil changes. it’s 548 for the day. I’m sorry that’s extremely rude
Shout out to the black gentleman with plaits and the short Hispanic guy. So sorry I didn't catch any of their names. I went in because I was told my battery was bad.. my car was hesitating to crank. So I went in next day we had a long wait but the black guy asked us to cut the car off ... He changed battery then told me to start it. The car started smoking. But these 2 men helped us so much, and they didn't have to. I even had my dog and my dog hate being in the heat. They did all they could to help including bringing water ... read more
They didn’t finish, the oil change.I probably was the last one left so when they supposedly were done. I am thinking everything is taken care of. An hour of me driving. The bottom underneath my car, part of it fell. So now it’s dragging. I have to work but I can’t drive my car until I could get them to fix this first thing in the morning because they are now closed. Officially not a good first experience with them.
The team is nice an does a great job
Literally went in to get a tire plugged, and waited while the Service manager and light skin guy who im guessing is the DM stood and chatted and my car was skipped 5 times by the associates. I ended up having to Cancel it and just walk out. if i could have left zero stars i would have. Don't take your vehicle here. Obviously you Aren’t the Priority!
