I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel I need to warn others. I went here for a simple oil change and was refused service because they claimed my battery needed to be replaced and said they weren’t “comfortable” doing the oil change without it. I then drove 39 minutes to my Honda dealership, where they checked my car, changed the oil with zero issues, and confirmed there was nothing wrong with my battery. Terrible service. We waited four hours for them to change two tires, and when we complained to the supervisor, he ignored it. They have no attitude, they don't work quickly, and the person who helped us when we arrived was very rude.
Went last Thursday to get a tire repaired and the other three balanced. Paid for the repair, because it didn't have a warranty on it. Tech got my tire pressure light to go off, but four days later it was back on. After inspection of my tires. I found three of the valve caps loosely on there, and the four one was missing. The repaired tire has 39 psi versus the 34 it's supposed to have. Got off work and tire was flat again. My co workers and I couldn't find any nails or hazards to make it go flat.
