Called around 6:00 p.m. and asked if it was too late to get an oil change if it would take about a half-hour to get there. I was told, "no, come on in--we're open until 7:00!" I arrived around 6:35 and was told, "sorry, the system shut down." I went out of my way running on virtually no gas to get here. I would have chosen a different location had I not been assured that they would be able to service my vehicle.
This is my last time trying to get any kind of service at Walmart. I'm currently waiting for over 2.5 hours just for an oil change. Shame on me for thinking I could get service while grocery shopping. I now have a week's worth of food sitting in a grocery cart with half of it melting. I strongly encourage you not to make the mistake I have made.
Only reason for 2 stars is because of the prices on tires. The customer service and professionalism is lacking. Although what do you expect? it’s Walmart.
