This is my last time trying to get any kind of service at Walmart. I'm currently waiting for over 2.5 hours just for an oil change. Shame on me for thinking I could get service while grocery shopping. I now have a week's worth of food sitting in a grocery cart with half of it melting. I strongly encourage you not to make the mistake I have made.
Only reason for 2 stars is because of the prices on tires. The customer service and professionalism is lacking. Although what do you expect? it’s Walmart.

Tire installation services are pretty good. The complaint is to its manager Melanie, who is rude and unable to do her job. I have 4 new tires purchased from Walmart.com. I'm not satisfied with the tire quality, so Walmart online services authorized me to bring the tires to any local Walmart tire center and then Walmart.com will refund me.
