HORRIBLE experience trying to get tires for my truck. Went in asking for help, was told I had to order online. Even though I ordered exactly as told, and the website confirmed the size was correct for my truck, I was told they were not the right size when I went in for installation. Turns out, they read the size on the spare tire, instead of my regular tires. Again, the guy at the register refused to help me order the right ones. sat here for over an hour to get an oil change just for them to tell them that they cant do the oil change, talk about waste of time!
Rude needing 3 tires 200 plus for each. happily took my business elsewhere. How can they stay in business?
