My town’s Walmart doesn’t have an auto center so I have to go out of town. Anytime I want to buy tires I call before I go because I don’t want to make a blank trip. Well the Marshall auto center never answers the phone. I just waited 11 minutes for someone to answer but of course they never did! I’ve experienced this every time I’ve ever called!
HORRIBLE experience trying to get tires for my truck. Went in asking for help, was told I had to order online. Even though I ordered exactly as told, and the website confirmed the size was correct for my truck, I was told they were not the right size when I went in for installation. Turns out, they read the size on the spare tire, instead of my regular tires. Again, the guy at the register refused to help me order the right ones.
