I scheduled an oil change for 2:30pm and my vehicle wasn’t ready until almost 5 PM. Over 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change seems ridiculous to me! On top of that, I let them know that I had a slow leak in my back right tire and they told me that it was on repairable and that I needed to buy a new one. I found out later, that it could be fixed from another shop. The front desk agent and the Tech were all nice people, but the length of time for the oil change, and the issue with them not being able to plug my tire was very frus... read more
Went for an oil change they told me 30 minutes I was there for over 3 hours for an oil change I will never visit that auto center again they were the worst
Fantastic group of people in the automotive department. Everyone from the service manager to auto tech was great!
The auto center was helpful and fast.
