We were disappointed that they didn't fulfill the job we asked for. They said we declined fluid top offs even though we specifically asked for it and purchased the more expensive oil change to include that service. We are traveling across country and this made our trip less safe for us. When we tried to discuss it with the mechanic he just kept saying that that's what the computer said for him to do and didn't offer to honor the package that we purchased.
