Walk in welcome, wait usually 30 to 45 min for oil change
I had a 10 am appointment for tire mounting and balance. I bought the tires from Walmart online shipped to my house, and brought to the appointment. Two hours later they finally pull my vehicle in and then 10 minutes later come to talk to me. Told me they can't put the tires on because the tire size didnt come standard for that year. Absolutely terrible service and complete waste of my time. I had a 7am appointment scheduled for a tire change, only to be told upon arrival that the technician didn’t show up and I needed to reschedule for the afternoon. Gave them another chance and returned at 2pm as requested. They checked in my vehicle and then I heard nothing for THREE HOURS. At 5pm, I had to go to the front desk myself to ask about the status, only to be told they “can’t be sure” about my service and wanted me to reschedule AGAIN. This is completely un... read more
