I made an appointment days ahead of time and this place waste my time .This place is horrible DO NOT waste your time here, they make appointments with people, and then come up with excuses why they can’t change your oil.. mean while they have everything the need for other customers who have no appointments.. will not ever come here again.. Fayetteville Walmart is so much better
I made an appointment to get my tires changed out and they canceled it without saying anything to me. Woke up and checked the app and thats how I found out. And I had paid for the tires and installation already so I couldn't afford to just go somewhere else and this was the day before I was leaving on a road trip.
I waited 2.5hrs to get a rotation and balance for a new set of tires I purchased at Walmart that never happened. Newsflash, no one has time to dedicate half a day for service with zero seating accommodations for customers!
My experience with this center was 0/10. I purchased eight tires for two cars. They messed up my appointment times, order and had me waiting for no reason! I’m pissed. And after an hour of waiting said they couldn’t lift my truck and call another Walmart to see if they can!!! I asked for a manager and of course no manager in site and I was told they weren’t allowed to give his number out! Don’t come here even if your car is on fire!!!!
I can't speak on everyone's experience but, the guy that does tires with the gold teeth in his mouth is pretty dang good. Every time im there he is done with my vehicle pretty fast. I really hate he is only there on the weekends!
