I waited 2.5hrs to get a rotation and balance for a new set of tires I purchased at Walmart that never happened. Newsflash, no one has time to dedicate half a day for service with zero seating accommodations for customers!
My experience with this center was 0/10. I purchased eight tires for two cars. They messed up my appointment times, order and had me waiting for no reason! I’m pissed. And after an hour of waiting said they couldn’t lift my truck and call another Walmart to see if they can!!! I asked for a manager and of course no manager in site and I was told they weren’t allowed to give his number out! Don’t come here even if your car is on fire!!!!
I can't speak on everyone's experience but, the guy that does tires with the gold teeth in his mouth is pretty dang good. Every time im there he is done with my vehicle pretty fast. I really hate he is only there on the weekends!
Great Service!! I came a few weeks ago and forgot to post a review.. People tend to only review the negative, and rarely the positive so I would like to say I was very pleased with my service. My car has been driving much better than before after getting an oil change from this location compared to others. The manager who checked me out was very pleasant also.. I will return again for my next oil change !!
This location is deceiving! They make appointment times and do not follow them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FOR THEM TO INSTALL. My son waited 2 hours for them to call my husband and say that they were unable to install the tires because the computer told them no to do it. I'm very sure it was the color of his skin that told them what to do... It's a shame that things have come to this.
