Walmart is my #1 grocery store.
We took our vehicle in for an oil change approximately 10 months ago. Our car has had a slight burning smell since this service at Walmart along with other issues. We arrived and were told if you book now there is no one in front of you except the car that is almost finished. We did and after about 15 minutes the car exits but they tell us that a truck that just arrived is going ahead of us. My wife is not happy! They finish the truck and we are placed in the service bay. I recently had battery trouble, so as soon as it was jump-started, called Boerne Walmart to see if they could have a look asap. They were fairly busy that day, but by the time I’d grabbed a few groceries, they were done. They didn’t have the right battery, but after running a few diagnostics, determined I did NOT need a new battery! But they cleaned it up, etc., and the nice lady mgr said Happy Holidays NO CHARGE! I don’t know about other Walmart auto centers, but I love Boerne’s!!!
I have been waiting for 3 hours for just an oil change Everyone here is just as frustrated as I am. Will be a L O N G time before I do this again.
I like to go here because of the free service with oil change which includes checking tires After my last cars head gasket blew and I watched them replace a plug and charge me for a extra part I became suspicious I took my other vehicle for a oil change and "free general inspection" And took my car for a second inspection afterwards to find out That they do not actually check the things listed on the paper they give you after the inspection I got a video recording on my second inspection telling me everything that the walmar... read more
