I have been waiting for 3 hours for just an oil change Everyone here is just as frustrated as I am. Will be a L O N G time before I do this again.
I like to go here because of the free service with oil change which includes checking tires After my last cars head gasket blew and I watched them replace a plug and charge me for a extra part I became suspicious I took my other vehicle for a oil change and "free general inspection" And took my car for a second inspection afterwards to find out That they do not actually check the things listed on the paper they give you after the inspection I got a video recording on my second inspection telling me everything that the walmar... read more
Had an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take 1-11/2 hour but should be sooner. It took over 2 hours and mgr was not apologetic but had excuses on what all they did on their 10 point inspection (15 minute effort?). 2 months ago it took 4 hours to get a new battery installed. I guess this location doesn’t want our business any longer.
Excellent! Super busy! And a lot of impatient people waiting to go back home and eat twinkies and play video games! Be patient! This crew is very good!!!!!!
