There is literally no point in scheduling an appointment. We’ve been nearly two hours past our appointment time and they are just now getting to it.
Made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated a week in advance for 7:30 am. It took them 2 hours just to start on my car. There was one truck in front of me. Was waiting for a total of 3 hours.
I brought in a bad battery that still had two and a half years left on its warranty. They told me they would check it and that it would only take 15 minutes. It ended up taking 43 minutes, and then I was told there was no manager on duty, so I would have to come back tomorrow to get it exchanged.
BEWARE. I took my suv in for an oil change. There were no leaks in my suv before I brought it there but when I picked it up there was a Big Leak under the full length of my suv. I talked to the shop manager and also to the store manager/supervisor who checked the auto center video tape and couldn't find what caused this leak.The tape showed there was no leak when I brought my suv in.
