Don't ever get your tires changed at this walmart it took them 2 hours to install tpms and they were empty!I could've walked back to Lubbock by the time they got this done!
They've always done a good job on my car, only thing i ever get done on my car from there is getting a tire change and getting bulbs for my car lights being out or whatever, except with the tire they put on my car today, heard some clicking on it not sure what it is though
Not going there again for an oil change, because of them not having the type of oil filter I need, they told me to go to autozone to buy the oil filter and take it back there and they would put it on, I told them, that it's ridiculous that they can't just change it without the oil filter
Do not take your car here. They literally don’t know what they’re doing. I took my car in because it had a flat tire. They shredded all my lug nuts and not even half way through my trip my tire light came on. They couldn’t even fix a tire and Cost me about $300 to fix what they broke by shredding all my lug nuts. I called and they said that they can kinda see in the cameras that they’re technician did it correctly so they weren’t going to replace them. This was a tire that was only a month old.
