This store auto center is out of control! I HAVE NO IDEA WHY you make an appointment, when an hour later, your car STILL HAS NOT BEEN EVEN PULLED INTO THE BAY!?! Then they answer with “ well we’ve been backed up all day”! I reply, do you not call your clients with appointments and let them know, or especially let them know WHEN they check in for their appointment?!? Replaced tire sensors and fixed problems with oil change I experienced from the Lem Turner Walmart. In and out in 1 hour and 45 minutes without an appointment. Great customer service!
We come here several days in a row about three days now because we got insurance on a tire that went flat and yet every time we come in, we’re told it’s gonna be a random amount of hours before we can actually get serviced for something we have insured never buy tires from Walmart
An employee saw me filling up my tire in the parking area near the auto center and suggested that I pull around for them to take a look at my tire. Plugged it and had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. One of those things I've been procrastinating for weeks and just filling my tire every few days. Thanks for taking care of me, y'all!
