Worst customer service I've experienced. Always put on hold when I call. In store takes awhile to get service also. Need to do better
Service was quick and fast. Just walmart employee did not know that Walmart charge cards and no longer able to be used. Capital One is now using Quick Silver because they are no longer with Walmart. Funny I never got a letter telling me this. So I cut up the Walmart Charge Card and will no longer be using Capital One

Some of the worst experience there the place never answers the phone and last time I had tires put on had to sit for over three hours to get 4 tires put on with an appointment
