First time ever using the auto care center was Saturday afternoon 7/11. Had tire problems while traveling through the area. They were able to get my car in quickly. Service people were very polite and helpful. The tech even saved me money by avoiding a cost I asked for and thought would be need by testing current TPMS.
I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled oil change this morning. William checked me in, and as always, he was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. The mechanic who completed my paperwork was equally great. He explained everything, took my payment, and told me it would just be another minute while they pulled my vehicle out of the bay.
