Scheduling went smooth. Installation was quick. Staff was friendly.
August 12th I went to my local Walmart to purchase for tires and was told I only needed two because the other two were perfect. I did believe them I trusted their judgment. Walked in. Was told a two hour wait time. I waited 2.5 hours and asked when they would start my car. I was giving a "I don't know answer" and "because the 9am appointment came in you'll be delayed". Why I wasn't made aware of the delay after waiting 2+ hours sitting 5 feet from the counter I'm not sure. I understand that I didn't have a appointment. But you could not waste people's time by advising them if they are delayed any further. The person behind the counter was sitting on their phone multiple times while I was waitin... read more
