Messed up my mileage sticker by over 130,000 miles and told me to just come in when my oil light comes on….
Nothing but a bunch of lazy guys who don’t know anything about cars. I have an old car that we get serviced there. They have told me before they’re scared of the rust and won’t do an oil change. Then I’ll bring it in the next week and there’s no issue. They either don’t want to do their job or they’re just scared to work. I’d highly recommend hiring better workers who actually aren’t afraid to work a little.
It took four hours to put a special order tires on. After I had driven the car home I noticed it was not the tires that I had ordered. I went back to Walmart and they would do nothing to fix their mistake... because the tire was now used. They did offer to put the correct tires on if I wanted to pay for another new one.
