Destroyed my lug nuts. Only one lug was holding on my tire. Luckily I took it to a real mechanic and he had to replace both hubs. Left my truck in a very dangerous condition.

I had an oil change done, but the car smelled like oil smoke after the oil was change. I went back to ask them to check it and Josh S. The technician was of great prompt help, called the manager on duty. Josh S. was very courteous and professional. Coach Sam came out, check the car and explained what happened as few oil drops spelled during changing the Oil filter.
