First off, walmart ruined my oil pan and didn't take responsibility. Their insurance claimed that there were no cameras that caught the workers mistake. They would rather not take responsibility than pay the $900 it took to replace it. I was there not too long ago to get my tires fixed since all 4 were leaking air in the cold weather. They didn't properly seal the bead when they installed the tires. They tried charging me for tire repairs as well as saying they had to replace and reset my tpms that I don't have on my car. Told could get right in for oil change and tire rotation. Waited over 2 hours to be done and got shortly down the road and car was shaking because they knocked a weight of my tire and threw it out of balance .
Just don’t bother coming here. it takes over half an hour just to have my car checkin WHEN I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. And all i’m getting is a simple oil change. takes 20 minutes but not for these morons. apparently it takes 3 people to change someone’s oil?😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 This place is pathetic and such a joke.
Went there to change all 4 of my tires. Come to find out one of the tires was cross-threaded and it was a whole process of me and my dad having to remove the lug nut, but they were so helpful and patient the entire time. Waited until we were done to take the wheel from us and put the last tire on for me. Willing to help us with whatever. This was around 4-7 last night. Majority of the crew that was there, was all hands on deck!
