Showed up at 430 to get tires done they said they are to busy today and I’ll have to make an appointment(only one car in the bay). Okay I make the appointment they said they have tires. Did some shopping left at 5 not a single car in there now. I show up next day for appointment and now they say they don’t have my tires and there’s nothing they can do. The manager wanted to give me a $25 gift card for their mistake but also argue he can’t sell what he doesn’t have. ( then why did you make the appointment!!) what a joke never... read more
Close at 7 but will start turning down work at 5 because changing 2 tires takes 2 hours with 3 guys…. Definitely lazy as can be
Disliked every part of this experience. We got a flat tire and came here because they were the place on a Sunday that we could find with the right tire that we needed for our vehicle. When we checked in, they had the tire and then they told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait time. We walked around the store for almost an hour and then came back to check on the vehicle, it still hasn’t moved from the spot we parked it in. In the end, we sat here for 2 hours. Not thrilled. Don’t want to go back.
Walmart auto had my wife set there for an more than an hour. No other cars in the garage. Then worked on someone else's car before ours. We just need a new tire what a joke.
