-5 hr wait for appointment opening, -“Can’t use oil or filter” I brought -“doesn’t have GM/ chevy filters” Why not tell me that when I schedule the appointment??
They are very helpful
We came back to get our tire changed UNDER WARRANTY, and they called us “thiefs” and “liars” and told us that we were calling the cops all because they made an error on THEIR end. The manager Roy is very unprofessional, and so is the lady working the back.
Good employees there and good service. But I am not planning to sleep here. Took 2 hrs to just do oil change. I always do it in 10 minutes max.
The worst experience I've had was an automotive shop, waited for an hour for them to tell me that they couldn't get to me until 5pm.
