We had an unexpected flat tire while traveling through Hobbs and were stressed being stuck in an unfamiliar place, especially close to closing time. The tire technician Adrian at Walmart Auto Care Center went above and beyond to help us even though his shift was ending. He accommodated us at the last minute, repaired our tire quickly, and made sure we could safely go back home the same day. -5 hr wait for appointment opening, -“Can’t use oil or filter” I brought -“doesn’t have GM/ chevy filters” Why not tell me that when I schedule the appointment??
They are very helpful
We came back to get our tire changed UNDER WARRANTY, and they called us “thiefs” and “liars” and told us that we were calling the cops all because they made an error on THEIR end. The manager Roy is very unprofessional, and so is the lady working the back.
Good employees there and good service. But I am not planning to sleep here. Took 2 hrs to just do oil change. I always do it in 10 minutes max.
