I had a horrible experience with the Walmart tires service. They exchanged my new rim for an old rim then did not put my hubcap back on my car. The manger called herself looking at the cameras, but I did not believe her because she looked at the footage to favor Walmart since. I did not look at it for myself I could not believe her. Her advice to me was called the police to get them to look at the footage. Of course, that is what I did. Well they didn't let me know that they didn't have my filter
One star review because you can't mark any less. Every visit your going to be waiting a while at the counter and have to chase down associates to find somebody to come to automotive or sporting goods. Waited a good 25+ mins today just to speak to somebody. The call for assistance button is pointless because nobody answers it.
Open til 7pm. Had screw in tire. Got it fixed quickly . Good people to deal with.
