I would rather drive 100miles out my way before coming here again. Keep in mind if you ask for road hazard warranty and get basic warranty you're on your own. Although you asked for it but was wrote up differently, it's your responsibility not customer services. And you want know til you've paid and ready to go now you have to spend more time correcting their mistakes but you dont work there so how can you be sure if it's even 100% correct until you need the warranty and find out it's not what it should be. I like Walmart service locations They are mostly convenient and reliable but that's not the case here. The experience is more often than not inconsistent frustrating and a time waster. LIfe is too short so I go to other Walmart locations.
I had a horrible experience with the Walmart tires service. They exchanged my new rim for an old rim then did not put my hubcap back on my car. The manger called herself looking at the cameras, but I did not believe her because she looked at the footage to favor Walmart since. I did not look at it for myself I could not believe her. Her advice to me was called the police to get them to look at the footage. Of course, that is what I did.
