I bought new tires during a holiday deal. I added the installation. They told me that it would only take one hour to install, so I stayed onsite. It took them over three hours to install, and they would have made me late for work, if I hadn’t acted quickly. I had to get a ride to work. Then to make matters worse, they lost my lug nut. Oil change while shopping
The worst of all the Walmart auto centers. Would highly recommend going to any other location for tire care. Poorly run and managed across the board (they need a new manager ASAP). Heath location would be my recommendation if you want to use Walmart auto center.
Said oil change wouldn't take long. Did my shopping , came back, waited an hour and a half, they hadn't even pulled the car in the garage yet. Is it that hard to find good help these days?
