Had a appointment for 2 tires to be replaced at 2pm. Decided to show up early. I dropped my car off at 1pm. We are still here 2 hours later. How long does it take to remove 2 tires and put 2 new ones on??? Won't be back!
I showed up at 7:30 this morning with a hope and a prayer because there was no appointments available online until tomorrow. I still have 700 miles to go on my trip and waiting until tomorrow isn't really an option. They worked some magic and got me two tires. I'm back on the road!! Thank you so much Guy's for everything!
Had a appointment at 5 didn’t get seen till near 6. Two hours for a 30-40 min job
Poor customer service
thank you for being open at 8 am on a Sunday. We found ourselves stranded in yearnington on a sat at 5pm with a blown trailer tire. We rode on 3 trailer tires for 60 miles. Walmart got us back on the road by 9am on a Sunday we are grateful for them being so accommodating and quick.
