The guy who installed our tire did not bother to tell my wife the rim was damaged when he installed the new tire!!! What kind of service is that?!?!? Just install the new tire on a bent rim without a word! Then he proceeded to damage the threads on 2 out of the three lug nuts that hold the spare tire to the back door rack. I know these were fine because I just changed to the spare, and I put all three nuts back on by hand before tightening them! dont bother making an appointment. gave them five chances, turned away at each one for a new excuse every time. just change your oil yourself.
I find myself continuously waiting. Received the recommendation to come at 0700 to get a tire balance and rotation, and at 0818 it still hadn't been moved to the carport to be worked on. They state there are no appointments for tire balance and rotation, and will put you to the back to handle everyone else because they do have appointments for every other service. They need to hire more people, that is there problem.
