Today I brought my car in early for an oil change, and I was told that you did not have the correct oil filter in stock. Because of that, I had to leave, drive to AutoZone, purchase the filter myself, and bring it back so your technicians could complete the service. While traveling through Lufkin, my trailer blew a tire. Eve and Trey went above and beyond to help me out and change it without needing to unhook the trailer from the truck. They should be commended for their excellent service.
Would not recommend!! Waited over 2 hours just to be told I wasn’t checked in and would have to come back or wait another 2 hours! Discount Tire fixed me up within 30 minutes!
The auto service employees were unprofessional careless with my vehicle oil stains inside my vehicle then down with rude about , other employees came over i felt like they ganged up on me didn't clean the mess. Never again will use walmart auto services !
