Drop the car off at 4:15 Pm for one new tire was not ready until 7:30 They took the spare tire put it on back car seats placing it on the cloths in the car dirty instead of where it goes. So dirt all over the car seats and personal cloths . Why would you not put spare tire where it belong.. Asked to talk to manger, he clocked out already. This is very poor sercice
Their employees are the laziest I've ever seen. I walk through the plant department and looked at over half of the plants dying from lack of water. Wow one lady set at the back door in a chair and two or three more wandered around doing piddly stuff. It's so sad that somebody can't pick up a water hose and water a plant to keep it from dying daily in this kind of heat. Instead of just sitting doing nothing. Except earning their hourly wage. The guy who installed our tire did not bother to tell my wife the rim was damaged when he installed the new tire!!! What kind of service is that?!?!? Just install the new tire on a bent rim without a word! Then he proceeded to damage the threads on 2 out of the three lug nuts that hold the spare tire to the back door rack. I know these were fine because I just changed to the spare, and I put all three nuts back on by hand before tightening them!
